About
Tahreem Farooq founded Ghizayat to bring clinical nutrition counselling out of the hospital outpatient queue and into Pakistani homes — without forcing anyone to give up the food their family actually eats. Her training spans a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition (DCN) from Minhaj University Lahore and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics from the University of Home Economics, and her clinical years have moved across Fatima Memorial Hospital, Taj Medical & Dental Center, Medlane Aesthetics, and Herbiotics Healthcare. She is a recipient of the NDS Award of Honor for her contribution to dietetics in Pakistan. Tahreem leads the Ghizayat panel and personally reviews every plan that goes out the door.
My approach
I work the way I trained — clinically. We start with your real day, your real plate, and your real labs if we have them. Then we change the two or three things that move the needle and leave the rest alone. Most clients are surprised by how much of their food they get to keep. The skill isn't in restriction — it's in what we pair, portion, and time.
