Getting started

How do I start with Ghizayat?

Book a free 15-minute discovery call. We listen to your goals, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether Ghizayat is right for you. If yes, we recommend a program. If not, we'll point you to a better option.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. No payment, no hidden upsell. The call exists so we don't take on people we can't help — and so you don't pay for a program that isn't a fit.

What do I need before my first session?

An intake form (medical history, food diary, goals), any recent labs (HbA1c, lipid panel, thyroid, vitamin D, B12 — if you have them), and a quiet 60 minutes for the video call. We send everything 24 hours before.

Which program should I pick?

Three tiers, simple choice. The free Discovery Call is for anyone. The Single Consult is a one-off plan PDF for habit-formed people with minor goals. The 12-Week Transformation is the flagship — pick this if you want real change with weekly support and daily WhatsApp access. Discovery call helps us recommend the right one.

Programs & approach

Is this just another diet plan PDF?

No. Every plan is built from scratch for you, by a senior dietitian who knows your medical history, food preferences, and family situation. PDFs are an output — not the product.

Do I have to give up roti, biryani, or chai?

No. We measure them, balance them, and place them where they belong in your plan. Removing roti, chawal and home food is the fastest way to fail.

What's a typical day on a Ghizayat plan?

Breakfast: 2 eggs + 1 whole-wheat roti, or steel-cut oats with nuts. Lunch: a palm-size protein + 1 roti + half-plate vegetables. Dinner: similar to lunch, lighter. Tea: yes, but cut the sugar. The exact plan is personalised.

What if I'm vegetarian or have allergies?

Tell us in the intake form. Your plan is built around your constraints — not despite them. We design for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and any specific allergies.

Can I pause a program?

Yes. On the 12-Week Transformation, you can pause once for up to 2 weeks with no charge — useful for travel, exams, weddings, or hospitalisation.

Medical conditions

I have a medical condition. Can you help?

Yes — for diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, PCOS, thyroid, fatty liver, and post-pregnancy recovery. We coordinate with your treating physician where needed. We do not replace medical care.

Will I be able to stop my medication?

We don't make medication decisions. That's between you and your physician. Many clients reduce or stop medication over time as their labs improve — but always with their doctor's approval.

I have multiple conditions. Can you handle that?

Yes. Most Pakistani clients have overlapping issues — pre-diabetes plus high cholesterol plus mild PCOS, for example. We design for the whole picture, not one condition in isolation.

Do you work with type 1 diabetes?

Yes, but with very tight coordination with your endocrinologist. Type 1 nutrition is a different discipline — we don't replace your diabetic team, we complement them.

Can you help with eating disorders?

Eating disorders need specialised therapy plus a dietitian working in tandem with a mental health professional. We do not treat active eating disorders alone — we coordinate or refer to a specialist team.

Results & expectations

How long until I see results?

Most clients notice energy and digestion shifts in Week 1, weight changes by Week 2–3, and lab markers in 6–12 weeks if applicable.

How much weight will I lose?

Typical: 8–14 kg across the 12-Week Transformation for weight-focused clients. Highly individual — depends on starting point, adherence, and metabolic factors.

What if I don't see results?

If you complete the first week and feel it's not working, we'll pair you with a different dietitian or refund 100% — your choice.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the process — expert plans, daily access, weekly accountability, evidence-based protocols. We can't guarantee outcomes because that depends partly on you. But we offer a 7-day full refund and a free dietitian switch if the fit isn't right.

Format & logistics

I live abroad. Will the plan work outside Pakistan?

Yes. Half our clients are diaspora. Grocery lists adapt to UK, UAE, US, and Canada sourcing, and your dietitian schedules calls in your time zone.

What if I'm in a different time zone from my dietitian?

Your dietitian schedules around your time zone. WhatsApp messaging is asynchronous — no time-zone friction. Live calls happen at your convenient hours.

Are sessions on Zoom or WhatsApp?

Live consultations are on Zoom or Google Meet. Daily messaging is on WhatsApp. The intake form is online. Plan PDFs are emailed.

Do you have an app?

Currently, no — and we're not in a rush. WhatsApp is what Pakistani clients actually use. A formal app is in development for Phase 2 of our roadmap.

What language are sessions in?

English, Urdu, or a mix — whatever you're most comfortable with. Each dietitian's languages are listed on their profile.

Pricing & payment

How much does a program cost?

Three tiers: Discovery Call is free. The Single Consult is PKR 20,000 (currently at a launch promo of PKR 10,000). The 12-Week Transformation is PKR 50,000 (launch promo of PKR 25,000). Diaspora prices auto-detect to your region in USD, GBP, AED, EUR, and others — see the Pricing section on the homepage.

Why is it more expensive for diaspora clients?

International pricing reflects currency-of-purchase, time-zone scheduling overhead, and additional costs of international payment processing. We don't hide it — diaspora clients pay 2–3x the PKR rate, openly.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. The 12-Week Transformation is available in 3 monthly instalments. The Single Consult is a one-time payment.

What if I can't afford this?

Email us. We have a small number of subsidised places each month for clients who genuinely cannot afford the full rate. We'll never publicise this — quality is preserved by selectivity.

Do you sell supplements?

No. We recommend supplements only if your labs require it, and we don't sell them. We'd rather you buy them from a trusted pharmacy at fair price.

Who are the dietitians?

A senior panel led by founder Tahreem Farooq (DCN, PGD Dietetics), with specialists across diabetes & cardiac, PCOS & women's health, and sports & aesthetic. Every dietitian holds an accredited dietetics qualification and has spent years in clinical practice. Full bios on the Dietitians page.

Can I choose my dietitian?

Yes. We recommend a match on your discovery call based on your needs, but you can request a specific dietitian if you have a preference.

What if I don't like my dietitian?

We'll switch you to a different dietitian for free, no awkwardness. We'd rather you find the right fit than stay stuck.

Are your dietitians qualified to handle medical conditions?

Yes. Each dietitian holds a postgraduate degree in nutrition or dietetics, is registered with the relevant Pakistani or international regulatory body, and has years of clinical practice. Credentials are listed on each profile.
